Human resource managers may be required to work with other members of senior management within a company in order to create plans and strategies. Within the profession, a human resource manager may pursue a role as a pay & benefits administrator, a recruiter, an employee relations manager, or an analyst. The job requires good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
