New episode from The FoodGrads Podcast: How to put on your innovator hat using side projects

New podcast alert! The FoodGrads Podcast’s episode 19 features an interview with food scientist and soon-to-be graduate of Niagara College’s Culinary Innovation and Food Science, Product Development program, Michelle Lang, who is also a serial innovator who has run a few of her own businesses, too.
